It was very difficult getting service in computers. It was not busy. The employees were gathered by their desk talking to one another. When I finally got someone to come and help some of us customers he was a little short and rude with us. We needed price checks and information. They had a stack of computers in boxes on sale with no open samples. At one point a nice gentleman from another section came and helped me. I was in the store for a good while and the customer service in computers was still lousy. Maybe they were having a bad day but I have no desire ever go back there. Best buy you need to teach your employees good customer service and basic skills. Like hello and we'll be with you in a few minutes and then follow through and actually service your customers. I went into the store because I couldn't get all my questions answered on your website. What an ugly surprise to not be able to get basic service after I drove all the way to your store. I felt disrespected, upset, and frustrated. I

The cashier at the return counter seemed like he didn't want to be there, was a bit rude and just wanted to move on to the next person. I didn't get a proper refund on my return, and his answer was "to call the 800 number." Which 800 number? These aren't things I should have to look up and fix myself. You only had one job... Customer service is what you do and the reason we come to you. Just hope you never have to return something when you come here and you'll be fine.

Robert the manager is awesome providing all to the best of his abilities. Candy in appliances good knowledge and great recommendations. Geeksquad has always been exceptional. Beware with the rest especially snakes in mobile and computer areas. Staff in home entertainment lacks knowledge. Audio components are low to mid fi.

It had so many different iPads so I had to buy one they also had so many t.v. your going to order one we also bought a new camera love the store

Bought my range and my microwave there. The salesperson was excellent and I would go back there to buy my other big-ticket items. This was in the city of Industry
