All the negative reviews are about Manny, who is now an EX-EMPLOYEE, so customers should not need to worry about customer service since TV & Sound has new and friendly employees who will be delighted to help customers out. Please do not let these negative reviews sway you away from getting your TV fixed and missing GREAT DEALS!!!

TV and other electronic repair shop. They take a long time to repair here. I took a DVD player and recorder three weeks ago to have the recorder repaired I am still waiting.

Took my television here to get an estimate decided not to get the work done initially dealt with the owner who was pleasant and easy to deal with upon picking up my television I dealt with Manny when I asked him where my television was he told me to look for myself amongst a hundred TVs. He was rude and unprofessional.  Female friend of mine took a TV to get an estimate and she shared with me that after picking up the television that manny repeatedly called her cell phone by to try and pick up on her and get her to go out with him.  He would tell her that she's the prettiest girl in the world.  My Brother went and had a TV repaired there when he went to pick up his television manny also told him to find his own TV as well as to find his own invoice in a stack of about 50 invoices my brother told him that it was not his job to do that. When my brother paid him upon giving my brother his change manny spit on every dollar that he handed my brother extremely offensive rude unprofessional I don't know who this guy is but he should not be working for any company let alone performing customer service.
