There is usually plenty of parking in the well maintained parking lot.  It's in the Legends Mall area near Scheels and the landscaping is always well kept.  My recent visit involved looking for a TV antenna and the lady near the entrance pointed me in the right direction.  Another employee asked if I needed assistance and he gave great advice on what to look for.  After I made my selection he saw me looking at camera accessories and asked me if I would consider buying an "open box" item identical to mine.  He removed it from the box and showed me that it is clean and all components present.  A $60 dollar item for $45 because a previous customer couldn't make it work.  SOLD!!  I plugged it in at home and spent 15 minutes tuning in a great signal for local channels.  I also bought a few accessories for my camera that I purchased here a few months earlier.

This is a well stocked store with informed staff.  Very friendly, helpful, lots parking.  The store is readily accessible from I-80 and Sparks Boulevard.

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I've never been pressured to purchase things as happens at some stores. If they don't have what you want, they will order it for you.

I would like to leave a good review for my experience yesterday for the two guys Cody and Jeremy. They were very helpful and friendly. It's hard to find good help nowadays. If it was up to me they should get raises. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks. I will continue to shop at Best Buy for my electronics in the future.

I have always found the staff in this store to be particularly knowledgable and helpful.  For this reason when I leave I'm already thinking about the next purchases I want to make there.
