If I could give them a 0 star I would. I bought a fridge and intended to pay the same as cash amount. Unfortunately, my Father passed away a couple weeks ago and I was unable to do it by today, which was my same as cash day. ALL I asked for is 15 extra days, until the 25th, as that is when I get paid. They REFUSED to help me and told me I would end up paying almost an extra $600.00 more than the same as cash!!!!! FOR JUST AN EXTRA 15 DAYS IS ALL I ASKED FOR! I WILL NOT EVER buy ANYTHING FROM AARON'S AGAIN and I will NEVER refer anyone I know there. I cannot believe how incredibly heartless people can be- I have a call out already to Corporate and to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE.

Our experience with Aaron's was great.  We just moved into an apt and had no TV.  Aaron's prices and service beat their competitor in town by leaps and bounds!  Victor, the manager made us feel right at home!  And on the Saturday that our TV was supposed to be delivered (which they put a rush on) they didn't have a delivery driver.  But they called and set it up so that we could pick it up ourselves...very impressed!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Nick he's the best!

Nick the new manager is a rude condescending jerk. He just lost 2 accounts with my husband and I. He needs to learn customer service and to read payment history. Of course he doesn’t and my stuff was almost paid off. Oh well sucks I lose money but at least I don’t deal with him or his incompetent staff anymore.

Giovanni and Victor, the store manager helped me! 
I got a whole bed set and only paid $25 down and got my monthly bill to $151 a month. They stuck with my budget! Very friendly and honest!!
