Frank runs a great crew here and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Super clean store and great atmosphere. Sprint should be really proud of the representation from this location.

Used the good ole innerweb machine and purchased a new iPhone for my daughter. We went to the company store near Ballantyne to pick up phone. Waited for maybe 15 minutes and got a young lady who had just returned from her corporate training. Was her first time doing an online-purchase-store-pickup. She was great to work with and she was able to remember most of the type of transaction I had brought to her.

I gave it 5 stars because of Jimmy and Giselle they are the best if you want excellent customer service and things explained right these are the people to go see.

I've been here twice. First time was for an OtterBox for my wife's new phone. The second time was a question about my bill and I wanted a human face and not a robot to talk to. They were very knowledgeable the first time to additional questions I asked about the S8s wireless charging options. The lines were crazy the second time but it was worth it to talk to a person.
