We spent $3,500 for a TV and over $700 for Geek Squad protection. Had to replace the TV twice. On the last install attempt the Geek Squad employee broke the TV and left. Now the store is not willing to help us. Service is a joke, no support after the sale. Will never shop here again. In the end, they refunded most of my purchase. They could not figure out how to refund $7.27 of my purchase. I'm grateful that I'm only out that much.

Came in for a new phone and was really impressed with the store renovation firstly, and Mario was super helpful! He and a teammate Ian got everything worked out for me and I'm really pleased! I highly recommend coming in and seeing the new layout as well as the service!

Fields Ertel is the best Best Buy around. The new remodel is much easier to shop and look cool. The staff is great, even under the worst circumstances like Black Friday. I've been shopping this location for years even when I didn't live nearby. I really like their price match and guarantee if the price goes down again after you buy something. I used this for my computer last year and got the lower price 2 weeks after I bought it, no hassle at all.

This Best Buy has just recently gone through a major expansion and remodel. Very impressed o. How well lit the store is now and the wider isles. They have Alston done some shuffling of products and the layout is different then what your use to. Even though the renovations look great, I was a bit disappointed that they have removed some displays. I went to look at new car stereos and they no less ne’er have them displayed. Also the staff was not very educated on the different receiver models and features. I only hope they improve on this because this is what they lost my sale, probably going to go to Eastgate for this purchase.

Love how the store has revamped the appearance. Always get the product at the prices that I want. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
