Ordered accessories for my fridge from HHGregg Fine Line to be delivered to the Fields Ertel store for pickup. Nobody calls within 2 weeks. Ordered from others it takes 2-3 days to arrive. Call them repeatedly with no avail. Nobody has any idea when they'd arrive. Finally somebody on the phone tells me to come pick them up the next day. When I come, the parts still haven't arrive and no clue when. Two different salespersons swear to help immediately, but nothing happens. Finally, 27 days later I e-mail/call HHGregg Fine Line to cancel my order - no reply. I gave them "1 star" only because I couldn't post otherwise.

Placed an order online and was told it would be available for same day pick up. Never got a confirmation email. After 2 hours of waiting for one called the store to see how long it would be. After 20 minutes on hold decided to get dressed and drive there while on hold. Arrived at the store after still being on hold for an hour. Talked to two employees. One went to get my order (apparently it was ready even though I had not been notified) and the other pretty much just said, "Sorry. We've been busy". Hung up my on hold phone call after 67 minutes.
