I went in looking for something specific for my children for Christmas. The store was not crowded. There were quite a few employees working. However, not one single employee acknowledged me or even said hello. I will not be back. I do not recommend this store.

Multiple orders online to this store and they have two separate lines for customer service and online pick ups. Each time I've purchased and item online I'm better off just going through the store since I've waited more time for my online order. It seems as if the brick and motor is going to come to end since I watched more than 5 people just leave frustrated like myself. Wish they could get the separate lines situation together. Never seen so many discombobulated representatives and management staff behind the desk.

In an attempt to build my first computer, I wanted to use a Best Buy gift card I was sitting on for years to get Windows. I ordered all other parts from amazon/newegg which arrived faster than promised. After over a week of building the computer and waiting for the OS, I called to confirm its status and discovered it was still sitting in a warehouse on the east coast. I asked if I could cancel the order still and just buy it in person when the nice customer service person informed me there were no copies of Windows in my area for the next 10 days. What kind of a tech company doesn't carry the most basic operating system? I ended up cancelling the order entirely and paying a few more dollars from newegg and it came the next day (free shipping and no tax). It's no wonder their sales continue to decline. I also bought an open box desktop for my parents last year and set it up only to find out it still was locked as a display model. I had to go back to best buy twice to get it resolved. I would rather pay a few dollars extra for decent customer service and better delivery. I used to love Best Buy when I was younger. It's just not the same anymore.

Good place to buy tech stuff. Staff is a hit or miss. You can find someone who might go above and beyond but some who don't know what they are doing or don't wanna help.
