Would post a negative star if possible. Bought a Westinghouse TV from these guys as a door buster on 12/18. The TV screen had a crack in it, would not start up the display, tried to return it to the store on 12/27 and they would not take it back. They referred me to go back to the manufacturer (Westinghouse) to deal with them. I returned the 2nd TV back to them, and also the replacements I had purchased. This will be my last interaction with Best (Worst) Buy. Will be purchasing my electronics from other places. The two replacement TVs are now purchased from Costco instead due to their excellent customer service.

This store is one of the smaller I've seen. They often don't have the products I'm looking for in stock, I assume due to its smaller size, and the staff for the most part doesn't know the products enough to offer anything I couldn't learn from simply teasing the description. I check online first, if they have a specific product in stock, I'll drop in because of the convenient location but it's not a place I come unprepared with the intent of just browsing.

Awesome place to get electronic gear, but the cust. service could have been a little bit more helpful.

I was followed by what it seemed like the whole security staff because I grabbed a Nintendo 2DS XL off a shelf and walked over to my friend to show it to him, I didn't have any intentions of shoplifting the $150 piece of junk, but security kept walking and staring at us like 5 feet away... What a way to make your costumers uncomfortable!

I would love to give this place a better rating for both times they got my the correct product. However, the customer service can be lacking when searching for specific products. For myself I am patient and was okay with waiting but for people who are in a hurry this situation could have been completely different. I will still be a happy customer of Best Buy but this is my honest opinion!
