Went in today because I was thinking of changing carriers and wanted some info. CJ and Markus were really nice and CJ was ridiculously informative and helpful. Whatever he's getting paid it's not enough. I'll be going with T-mobile when I switch later this month for sure.

One of the stafd scratched the screen of my own phone! Realized it after hours unfortunately. Do not recommend such a service.

Great, friendly, and efficient service today from CJ!  I had to bring a phone in for warranty/insurance benefits, and CJ provided amazing service.  I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes.  I don't think I could ever say that about my former mobile carrier.  Waiting to put my name on the "wait list" took about 15 minutes.  I've recently switched to TMobile from many, many years with a competitor.  I was impressed with their international plans, especially since we spent several weeks in Europe this summer.  This, plus my Galaxy S8+ phone, my current monthly rate, and the level of service we've received from every TMobile employee we've encountered reassures me that we made the right switch.  When you've been with a phone company for many years, it can be difficult to transition out.  I'm so glad we did!

AWESOME SERVICE,  WISH  I WOULD OF GOT THE 2 SALES PERSONS NAME, I was in such a hurry and they were able to get me  in and out and also resolved my issue with the phone ,

Fast, cheap, nice.  Excellent.  So, so much better than my experience with Verizon down the street, which was a disaster.
