Customer service is excellent as long as you play by the rules. Understand what you're purchasing and what their policies are. That being said, Beat Buy is my happy place. I've loved this store since early childhood days of console demos which I spent hours at sometimes. Sadly, those are gone from this location most of the year. I can't stress how much of my customer loyalty came from that period of my life and hope Best Buy brings that feature back for their own sakes.

Great store. Good staff. Huge selection of electronics and appliances, large parking structure is a big advantage shared with few mega stores. People at pick up/ return section are super friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming to this store for almost 15 years now. Mostly awesome experience.

The other day I purchased a phone charger at this location. I decided to use their restroom during my visit. Boy oh boy was that a huge mistake! The women's restroom at Best Buy in Los Feliz is worse than any porta potty I've ever been in. Any sane person would bring this to the attention of the manager. Sadly, the manager is no different than their restroom. Rude, crude and just down right nasty! I guess I would be too if I made crappy hourly wages! I'm not surprised to see so many recent 1 star reviews. The employees are a clear reflection of poor management. I'm OK with never stepping foot in another Best Buy. Who knows what I'll encounter next. It's a small world, Best Buy. Tame your out of control minions before social media tames you. I see karma knocking on that door!

I visited over Christmas and predictably it was a disaster. I went to buy a cell phone, but I don't like it that they're so tied up with particular carriers. I just wanted an unlocked Pixel. Apparently it's just too much to ask. Also, they gave my wife a real hard time about a camera she wanted to return. I don't need any of the headaches. I'll buy my stuff online and get what I want instead of what the retailer wants.

Nice place to shop. Big parking lot, not too crowded, helpful staff, good selection of products. Store pickup, customer service. I couldn't find geek squad here. Movie DVD selection is limited but I blame Netflix for that. Relatively clean bathroom. Overall good experience. Recommended.
