I love that if I have a problem , Best buy's staff and managers fix it! If it's a price I was quoted they honor it. One time they didn't have a charger for my laptop (my puppy chewed mine), so they discounted another laptop so I could take my online final that was due that night! If I see Amazon or eBay with a little discount off an item I still buy it at Best buy because I know they are here in person to address concerns!  That's worth it!

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant from the Geek squad to the techs on the floor to the employees at the door. We will definitely shop there again.

Me and my wife went into Best Buys to purchase a TV, and were greeted right away by Brett! Who showed us some TV that would fit are needs, he was very knowledgeable and friendly!👍

I really like coming into this store when we have questions about things we've been pouring over online. No matter what department we walk into, we are usually met with staff who are not only knowledgeable with the products in the store but also offer sound advice from their own experiences, hiccups, frustrations, etc. We've been able to make much better informed decisions based off the help we've received from the Best Buy crew at this store and I really appreciate them.
