Our experience at this store was superb. Manager Stephanie provided incredible service as she was knowledgeable and efficient. We had all of our service needs met with her and more. Following our in store experience we needed additional service and she assisted us again with efficiency and follow through. 
Sprints network is not as great as we would have liked but our service experience with this store's manager was everything we could have asked for. Thank you Stephanie for making the complicated experience as simple as it could be.

I had absolutely amazing service here! All of the employees were so helpful. I got a lot of questions answered by Reylene and Robert. This store is a great team. You can tell they know how to work together.

Came in the other day and had a couple of questions about the plan I was on. The  rep was so helpful and was able to answer all my questions. She was able to set me up with another line and I couldnt be more greatful for all of her help. If you go to the Sprint store in Beaumont I highly recommend you ask for Abby.

Read all the fine print when you shop at this store!   I was under contract for two years.... didn't read all the paperwork and find out that my phone bill would almost double after the first year.   Reception on our phones (5 of them)  were rarely over two bars.  After my two years.... I still had to pay over two hundred a piece to "buy" my leased phones.  Over $1000 to pay.   After I paid, the guy told us we qualified for half off LG phone- not Iphones that are advertised on tv and all over the Sprint store window.  I have always used I-phones and love them.   This is NOT a corporate store-   our great customer service at this store when we purchased originally was gone once they had our contract signed.   I recommend a corporate store- like the one in Redlands.   Great customer service..... and we weren't even their customers yet!
