Cant give - Stars....Worst ever!! How do they get away with ripping people off? Went into the office because the T-mobile update caused my IPhone to loose voice services. They couldn't fix in store and told me it would be a bout a week before I would have a phone back. Since I need my phone for work I was told I could get a $100 credit for turning in my old IPhone and upgrading to the new IPhone. Sure I was excited. Only a few extra dollars a month and I have the new 8. My sales rep Juan also informed me that I could have a screen protector and case "included" in my monthly payment and add a pair of Beats headphones for $2 monthly. Well I was just as happy as could be until I  left the store. I reviewed my online account. Notice something wasn't right and called customer service.  Come to find out Juan is a lair and a cheat. The screen protector was an additional monthly charge along with the case. The headphones were almost $9 additional monthly and Juan activated my new phone under one of my family members phone lines so I was paying for both the old and new IPhones! When I went back in to the store Juan made an excuse for everything. Got it all worked out but I wounder how many "mistakes" and "miscommunication" happen? Verizon Wireless Ill be calling you soon! :)

Wont give stars this place is a joke. 10 employees an not 1 knows what there doing they rip you off. You ask them about your plan And they tell you you have to pay for info. When speaking to store manager about concerns he then says if you choose to come back in. Maybe we can help you. HORRIBLE PLACE EVER

Manger is rude!!!!! Sales associates rather be on their phone then actually doing their job!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER BUY OR GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE WITH HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into the new store down the street from my house very excited about recommending TMobile sales and services.  I found a smug little boy behind the counter who was resolving existing customer concerns by telling each customer to contact TMobile  customer care by phone.  One customer asked him for the number, and he told them to look it up on line.  I asked Jorge L (wouldn't give me his last name) for the same help I've received from the T-Mobile care team in Moreno Valley, Palm Springs, Hemet, Temecula and Los Angeles.  He said he wasn't capable of that due to T-Mobile policy.   I had to "call or go online" for the help I needed.  I said that if he wasn't familiar with customer care, I'd like to speak to his manager.  He remarked he is the manager (no last name) and he didn't care if I filed a complaint against him for his lack of knowledge, service or manners.  I contacted T-Mobile CC team, and they not only resolved my problem, but were horrified that he couldn't help me at the store.  They said they have stores to help promote new business and resolve issues within the community.  They filed a formal complaint and said they would let me know the action they take.  My suggestion is that he work in a service that doesn't require customer care.  I told them I will await their call before putting my reputation on the line by recommending T-Mobile Banning, CA.  I have been so happy with T-Mobile for the past 14 months.  This store's myopic sales boy presents a mere pause in my enthusiasm.  Hopefully, they will get someone old enough to know how to conduct business, and courteous enough to understand that manners are a key ingredient to a successful business.
