Not the most engaging staff at this location. My usual Sawgrass location is awesome. That said, they had the product I was looking for, so everything worked out. I asked the staff for a comparison between two printer models and they escorted me to the computers and had me open the best buy website and click compare...... I didn't care because I didn't feel as if they would know for sure anyway, so I was going to look it up myself anyway. All-in-all, I got the printer I wanted, for a great price, and I will be back to Best Buy in general FOR SURE.

The gentleman in the camera department was so helpful and really kind, especially considering that I might have hinted at buying the product online. He was really enthusiastic and mentioned Best Buy's price match guarantee a few times. He was really eager to help, and went above and beyond to find answers to questions he was unsure of. I was very appreciative.

Great store. Salesperson knowledge is average to slightly above. If shopping for home theater ask your questions in the Magnolia section even if you're not going high-end. They truly know their stuff.

a best buy that is close to me, however they need more staff or something. I am an experience shopper and don't really need any assistance, but when I do I have to walk the entire store to find one. on one occasion, I was waiting until a employee was available, told me to hang on...I waited, turn around and he just vanished never to come back. I left as well and made my purchase online.

Went to get my screen fixed by Geek Squad, when I got in there was a woman with the exact same time appointment as I had. I was told there was only one Apple guy, so we had to wait. I waited half an hour with no information, finally we just left. Don’t get your phone fixed here guys. Service sucks.
