It was very interesting we came to this place to Simply buy a gift card for the Roblox video game but in the gift card section near the front even though there was a place to have the cards they were out of the cards but after asking a few people who had no idea if they had more cards one employee actually had an idea that they had a separate gift card location all the way in the back and at this location they had a huge amount of gift cards for the game we wanted it would have been nice if some employee took the time to put more of the gift cards in the front area then when we were ready to check out there was only one person checking people out and there was a person three people ahead of us in line who had some major problem and was taking forever.  I had to finally asked the security people to open an additional cash register and a few minutes later they finally did and we were able to buy our gift card.  It ended up taking almost 25 minutes to do something that we expected to have done in less than five.

I came to the store to pickup an online order I placed for a new computer mouse and keyboard. The one that came with my computer stopped working. The store is clean and the employees are all very nice and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Best buy location.

This location must experience a lot of Loss Prevention issues, as I had visited after some cleaning and remodeling of my home and didn't look my best so to say. Store security was always within my sight( the plain clothes guys with earpieces in kinda gives it away they work there and are conducting an op on the one guy in the store who most definitely is not up to anything nefarious), but that's all good, I appreciated all the help I received in each department :). 

Anyway, ultimately, the store is well organized, well stocked, and will price match online Best Buy items. I felt very safe in this location! LOL. And yes, highly recommended.

I came here to replace my iPhone battery, since Apple is doing a promotion for $29.99 battery replacements. Upon arriving, I was guided to the tech. repair desk by the greeter. The person at the desk quickly got me into the queue and showed me to a booth to wait at. However, he didn't explain the computer in front of us. I think we were supposed to check-in or something. We messed around with it after noticing it a few minutes after sitting down.

After a few minutes of waiting, a person came to get my phone, explained what the next steps were, removed the phone lock, and went into the lab where he started the battery diagnostics. The diagnostics went well, and he came back out and told me that my batter was still at 91% effectiveness, and that he didn't recommend a replacement. This was a free service, and for him to not try to upsell me was a huge bonus.

If you can track down and trap the elusive 'blue shirt' they can sometimes help you find what you need. The store is laid out in an aggressive defiance to order and/or common sense. Best Buy's policy to have as few employees as possible only makes that rare blue shirted beast more valuable and the hunt for one turns the customers upon one another, creating a miserable shopping environment.
