Good riddance! Terrible customer service... and the cashiers are very racist if you're not white. I watched a supervisor disrespect a man of Indian decent, because he didn't understand. The cashier talked down to him, treated like a child. Then talked about him after he left,to another employee... as if he were an idiot... Glad this store is closing. These people are not needed. Who does that!? Oh, jerks do!

Horrible Customer Service - Not worthy of any stars! I ordered print services from this Las Vegas Staples and was told the order did not exist. After contacting 1800 staples they found that one of my orders was printed & delivered and the other one was lost in cyberspace even though I had an order confirmation number? When I contacted the store, the Print/Marketing Services manager was going to charge me an exorbitant fee even though it was Staples mistake? When I asked her her name she hung up on me! Go To Fed-ex Print Center at Mandalay Bay Convention Center! They are wonderful! and I give them 5 STARS!

Slow! Don't order any large print job here that you need done quickly. I was told that if I dropped an order off by 2 I would receive by end of same day... 2 hours later I got a call saying they needed another 24hours. I needed them ASAP! When I went into the store, saw the person in front of me upset that they had screwed up some business cards(could of been the buyer's fault, idk, but not a good look!) The manager and the store worker were nice and I was able to get SOME of the additional office supplies I needed, only reason for the second star, but I wouldn't go here for printing.

I walked up to the front entrance doors at 5 minutes till 6pm. The store hours are 11am- 6pm. The doors were already locked and the manager said they were closed. Why advertise your open till 6PM when your actually closed for business. Dissatisfied customer.

Great staff, incredibly helpful. Morgan (printing manager) talked me through an order online i needed to make, and couldn't because of a website glitch the previous night. She also got my order printed quickly and it looked great. The other staff i interacted with on the phone were friendly, too.
