Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I got additional information, on products of interest and on those purchasing, that has helped me to make a more informed buying option. Not all the branches are equal in service so take this into consideration when visiting. Some are 5 stars others are 1.5 stars.

We purchased a washer and dryer for a great price in store, so no complaints there! We were given a 4 hour delivery window and told we'd receive a call the day before the scheduled delivery with a shorter 2 hour window, and then another call when the delivery was 30 minutes away. Unfortunately... the 2 hour call never came, and when I contacted the store I was told that all they can do is give 30 minutes notice when the delivery is on it's way.

Update: Unfortunately the 30 minute notice didn't happen either, we received a call from the delivery truck that they were 10 minutes away.. we weren't even at the house and had to rush over to meet them there. Won't be shopping here again.

I had a great experience when i went to return a purchase at this store. The item i had purchased did not meet my expectations even though its know quality brand. Nick at customer service was curteous from the get go, well spoken, and help with my return within minutes. Thank you nick, and the great staff at this store.

I needed to replace a broken dryer fast. A nice gentleman approached me to see if I needed help - and I did.  He listened to my need and what I didn't want and took me to several dryers that met my requirements.  I left extremely satisfied with a dryer purchased and scheduled for delivery in a couple of days. Price was great and as competitive as other stores.

Me and the family went in to get new headsets for the kids. Old ones fell apart. I like the fact that the lanes have a lot of space in between them. Other places you have to think small in order to get past someone. We were literally in the store maybe 10 minutes. It was so easy. The employee that helped us even allowed us to open the box before paying because I wanted to make sure that they fit ok. Which they did. This store has a huge selection for just about everything you need or want electronic wise. Friendly staff great prices and wasnt in there all day. Who could ask for anything more?! Ill be back!! Thanks Best Buy!!!
