This store has highly educated staff with an actual background in music, and so much insight on instruments and music production. Everyone is so down to earth, and extremely helpful. We spent several hours in the store and within each department, this was the experience we had with each person we came in contact with. We bought some items our family was in need of, learned so much more about everything moving forward and absolutely come back for the rest of our instruments and tools we need, but also for the education of what we are investing in. My father has shopped here for years for his bands' needs and I can certainly see why. Just really good people and good quality products. No sales people, just relationships.

I've been coming to this Sam Ash for a few years now. I find they are the best drum store around Orlando. Yet, the real reason I keep coming back is the staff. These folks have always gone the extra mile for me. Just under two years ago I bought a pair of headphones and I bought the replacement warranty with them (which is worth it, unlike most places). Well they recently broke, so I went in the store and Angel in the audio department went above and beyond to help me get them replaced. I went in on a Monday morning and he was the only person in the audio section, juggling 3/4 different guests before me, and I saw him still take the time to help each guest with care, and give top notch explanations. He then helped me out, and due to the warranty company, he followed up with me the next day taking care of everything. Additionally the drum staff has always taken care of me over the years, showing me stick bricks to save money, recommending drum heads for my particular gigging/sound. This Sam Ash has always done excellent by me, I highly recommend folks come shop here rather than online, you'll always walk away happy here.

I purchased a 12 string guitar from a antique store in St Pete. Thought it looked fine but it needed some repair. I went to 3 guitar shops in the area and was told the instrument should be hung on the wall. It is beyond repair. I called Sam Ash on Colonial and chatted with Rob. He is the go-to guy for repair. He was optimistic in thinking he could make the Framus work again. Before he even looked at the 🎸. Three places said no before Rob. Hope was there to save this beautiful instrument. Guess what .... He brought that 12 string back to life. Rob is your go-to guy for repair. Sam Ash is his workshop. Oh I purchased a case for this old beauty from Ron at a great price. So thanks guys.... Highly recommend 👍👍

Every time I do business with Sam Ash I'm reminded of why I love these guys. Their customer service is great. And their shipping/response time is miraculous. Since 1995, I have been coming back to Sam Ash for all my important instrument purchases, as well as regular maintenance needs. Even though the nearest Sam Ash store is 150 miles away from my home, I consider them to be my first option for any musical instrument concerns.

Sam ash in Orlando on East commerce has some of the best employees I worked with a music store. The manager Khalid is very approachable and has a very positive attitude. Extremely helpful and if you're a tech guy like me he's definitely a go to guy!
