I've gone in here a couple of times and both times got the help I needed. Once was a very small purchase of an SD card. They were helpful and showed me exactly where they were. Another time the purchase was much bigger. I was helping my daughter pick a MacBook. The sales rep was very helpful in helping her choose the right one for her.

My experience with this store went really well.  The workers were super friendly, and did not rush me when I was being undecided for a laptop purchase. I accidentally gave a little bit of an attitude to one of the workers (or sounded like I have attitude) and to my surprise the worker remained helpful which is amazing because from my other experiences at other stores some workers will stoop to the customers level and create a negative experience. Overall,  satisfied.

Great selection of products. Was hard to find. The sign I barely visible from road. Nothing available in my price range. Walmart had something in my price range. They are happy to price match to other store front competitors.

The attendant was catching up with a old friend and totally ignoring the customers including me. One bright spot was a young man that saw my frustration and helped me. Worse experience I've ever had just trying to activate a phone.

I have a tendency to be somewhat of a geek so the store is always a fun place to stop. They always have the latest tech and I always enjoy shopping here. Personally I never get the warranties that they offer but I'm not put off today offer them. I know that some of those guys get commission based on what warranties they sell. Overall this is a great store with great customer service.
