Great customer service. Greeted the moment we walked in the door. Showed us exactly what we wanted and gave us the time we needed to decide without interrupting us. Will definitely return to buy our kids bed here.

Quinton did an amazing job helping me find my new bed. I love it ! I would recommend this place to everyone and I would recommend Quinton to all my friends and family. He is awesome!

This is the worst place to buy mattresses!!! Quinton Moten sold me a used mattress with bed bugs!!!! That sob needs to be terminated!!

The last thing you want when you are shopping for a mattress is a pushy sales person following you around and stressing you out, getting in your face and generally being a nuisance while trying to sell you a mattress that costs more than your first car. So, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we went to Mattress Firm and we were basically left alone. Don't get me wrong... Francesco greeted us when we arrived and asked what we were looking for - pointed us in the right direction He checked in on us here and there and answered our questions when we had them. He was not pushy. He didn't steer us toward expensive beds that didn't meet our needs. We ended up leaving to talk it over and returned that evening and bought our bed. Super, super happy with the service we received.

Quinton Moten needs to be fired immediately!!! That office manager is a fake, two-face rude employee!!! He lies to customers just to sell!!! And when you come back he simply tells you to call corporate because he will not do anything for you!!! Typical sales shark!!! Get rid of Quinton Moten !!!
