I’m sorry but this store is horrible when it comes to customer service, when you walk in, no one greets you, you literally have to walk to a desk to get help sometimes even when the store is empty of customers. The managers and the employees are very rude, it’s like they don’t even want to work there, yet some have been there for years. They love shoving down their Badcock credit down your throat even if you don’t want it. When you ask them a question, they answer as if you’re stupid and you should’ve known the answer. Give them a call, you can easily hear everything in their tone, you don’t even need to go to the store. I’m honestly not sure HOW they have such a high rating.

Worst customer service!! Called to make a payment an Julie had the worst customer service skills! She sounded like she wanted to get me off the phone as soon as she picked up and told me she had too many people in the store and to call back at a later time. FIND ANOTHER JOB NOT DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC IF YOU DONT HAVE PATIENCE!!!

Probably the worst place to get furniture.. the products are fine but the staff and moving people aren’t the brightest. We picked up a very heavy table and got it all the way home to open the box and find they gave us the wrong one!!! I called and they said they can’t bring us the right one until after 3pm, well i have plans so i can’t be home at their beck and call! Beyond pissed with this store and its staff. I would recommend you go to a different store or use a different company.

Although I did not buy anything on this store. I did shop around. I need to point out that staff is helpful. And they have prices for all pockets. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for. But they deserve a 5 stars for treating well as customer altough no sale was involved.
