Clean store, plenty of people to help you with your needs. Great store! I needed help finding a tablet and found a random worker help me out even though it wasnt his department. Everyone here is well knowledge with the merchandise. If your not tech savvy i recommend coming here to get exactly what your looking for and getting your questions answered. Everyone here is patient with you and will go out of their way to help.

For a consumer electronics store, this place is where you want to go to look at the latest and greatest. (sometimes I may come here to play with an item and go home to find it cheaper)  However, for the few times that I've needed to purchase things from B.B., they have been very nice and professional.  They seem to have items in stock and the store associates are not a nuisance when you're just looking.

Great selection of universal travel adapters! Phenomenal customer service as well. Victor(store manager) issued me a store credit for an item I purchased online when I missed the 10 day return window.

Amazing experience with David from the Camera section. I’ve been to hundreds of Best Buy’s and David from the Dale Mabry location was by far my favorite associate to work with. He explained all of the features I needed for my line of work and compared several different cameras. Very informative and pleasant experience, definitely returning to this store.

Purchased a few months of prepaid service for my smartphone. Employee was friendly, helpful and knew how to do her job. 

There was no wait time, although the entire process took about 90 minutes; it seemed like a long time for what should have been a simple service activation. Eventually, she handed me the prepaid cards and suggested I apply them to the account myself.
