Went to get a deck and wiring harness for my car. They sent over one of the installers to give me everything I needed and went home and got started to find out the guy gave me the wrong harness and when I called and asked about it he insisted it was the right one and couldn’t find one that worked. Will never go through them again as I wasted so much time and money to install a radio and the one person there who should know what to do their couldn’t even get it right. They may sell good items but if you need help don’t ask the employees as they have no idea what they are doing

Best Buy is always a pleasure to shop at.  All the employees are quick to greet you and ask if they can help you with anything.  They're very personable and don't try to rush you through anything.  They take their time to make sure you understand everything when you are asking about their products.  The store's main floor and especially the bathrooms are always clean.

Helpful and friendly staff. Sales people are pretty knowledgeable but some seem a little pushy. I sent a friend in there to purchase a computer that was on sale that will fit his needs and the sales person kept trying to upsell. Prices are fairly High overall but they do run some good sales.

This is a good store. They have most things  and there are normally plenty of people to help! They are starting to get a good vinyl section too!
