Carrie was wonderful! Very quick, and took great care of me! Issues with my billing, and she didn't hesitate to look over my bill, and resolve all of my concerns with explanations. Would recommend to anyone solely on Carrie's wonderful customer service skills!

The US Cellular kiosk inside the wall is great.  Tait is excellent and made sure all was finished before I left. Even stayed late! Ask for him to help you.

I have just had the worst costumer experience at this specific one on State Road.  The lady was training two other people and because of so many people already waiting we decided to come back later that day and still waited about 30 min at least.  I understand phone places take awhile to help everyone.  But when I'm finally being helped and the lady was so rude within the first 2 minutes it is ridiculous.  We walked out because she was so incredibly rude and I feel bad for the two people she is training. WOW...she needs a reality check for someone who is working in customer service.....
