I had one of the worst experiences upgrading a phone at the Fox Point location. I was there two hours after the store closed for a simple upgrade after being there 4+ hours. My card was swiped, money deducted and I left empty handed. The very next day I expressed my experience with the representatives at this location and CHRIS and ANDREW ensured me they will handle my account for me. They sincerely apologized for my previous experience. Within 30 minutes of entering the store, I had a new phone and a better appreciation for Best Buy as a company. These employees exude what a Fortune 500 company would want from customer service. I am beyond happy with my experience and these two genteleman deserve a raise, company wide recognition , and a few vacation days ! Thank you Best Buy for restoring my faith in you.

I walked in with the need to buy a new screen protector because the one I bought earlier that day got screwed up. A supervisor walked up to me and asked what I was looking for and I told him about the screen protector. Then he said he could replace the product and have it put on my phone, free of charge. The only thing I had to do was return the protector I messed up and all was good. Extremely helpful and very nice. I now go to this best buy over other ones in the area!

I have been to a lot of Best Buys in my day, but this location is hands down the most well-run. Every time I have come in, the staff has been extremely helpful without being overbearing. I have yet to have a bad or frustrating experience here and will continue to choose this location for my Best Buy shopping.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD HAVE! I was hung up on by two different store employees, I called 1-888-BEST-BUY to report this, and while trying to report this issue I got placed on hold, without any notice, and I was left on hold until I had to hang up and redial. Then, while calling back to report BOTH problems, I was hung up on A THIRD TIME!!! This kind of customer service is what drives customers away. I was hung up on 3 times and left on hold indefinitely without warning. Is this really how Best Buy takes care of their customers? I will be sure to avoid using any of Best Buy's services from here on forward.

I have stayed out of this place for like 12 yrs. after an unfortunate and unforgettable experience, but ventured in to replace a micro wave. What a pleasant experience we had with Larry! Therefore might even try them for an OLED flat screen in the future.
