I convinced my wife that Home Depot was a great company and would be a good choice to install new carpet in our home. We had the carpet installed Thursday 5/10/18. The installer did not complete the job. There was holes in the carpet, the room threshold coverings were not reinstalled that the installers removed, and carpet nails/staples were left exposed at doorways. We were told the installer that was there claimed he did not have the tools needed to reinstall this, and had already called his management and the right person was on his way. No one ever came back, so we called Home Depot and was promised they would call a crew out there. No one ever came Thursday, so we called the store first thing Friday 5/11/18 when they opened. Again we were told that someone would be out later this day. By 6pm, no one had come out, so we spoke with the store manager. He promised us he would send someone out first thing Saturday morning. Saturday by noon we hadn't heard anything. So again we call the store, the manager on duty this time stated he didn't know why we were promised this, they don't have crews that even work on Saturday, but he would get someone out Monday. The person that came out Monday could only fix one of the three issues, and left pulled nails all over the floor. We called the store again to find out when they other issues would be resolved. We now had to wait till 5/17 to have the next person out. On 5/17 they came out a 3rd time a week after the initial install, and inspected the work. They claimed it was a defect in our floors underneath, not the carpet, without even looking at it. Promised us they would look into and call us back. Now when we call, we are told that we kicked out the crew, and they will not work with us, and closed our case despite not being fixed.

Great place for painting supplies. Friendly employees. It's a nice one stop shop for all. Nice for property owners and repair men.

Well stocked but usually lacking help in the isles. Great place for Milwaukee tools. Also, they offer a wide variety of brands.

As always, it seems everyone there is very knowledgeable. If one person can't answer a question, they know someone working who does. The employees have worked in the fields they cover in the store.

Good service, but the plywood selection for 3/4 birch was horrible. All the plywood had lots of voids on the sides and I had to work through about 10 sheets to find to that didn't have a bunch of wood filler on the clean side. Plywood at Depot has gone way downhill in the past year or so
