Amazing experience! Put a hold on a washer and dryer during Black Friday price but wasn’t ready to purchase. Came back months later and changed my mind for a cheaper model, only to have buyer’s remorse and desperately wanted the original, much more expensive models. Unfortunately, the price was no longer available! Ola was amazing at helping me find what I needed and at the ORIGINAL cheaper Black Friday price! I was able to save over $600 and feel great about my purchase. Not to mention, the delivery was set up for the next day and they were STILL able to promise that delivery with the new switch. I am forever thankful and will be coming back for kitchen appliances - they did not disappoint! Thank you to Ola and your manager, Craig!

If you value good customer service then this is the place! Definitely make sure you ask for Brian Cioffi because he is hands down the kindest and most knowledgeable employee there. Everyone there is extremely helpful, but Brian goes to the next level and not only ensures you get the product that makes the most sense for you but he also provided fantastic follow up. I had an unexpected family emergency and called Brian to let him know that I would not be home for the delivery truck and he told me not to worry and he rescheduled everything for me free of costs and was just super kind the whole way through. He even followed up to make sure i was happy with my new appliances. Thank you Brian!

Just had our new dishwasher installed and never been so happy with the service provided! Brian Cioffi made this process easy and effortless! He was attentive to our needs and extremely personable! For all my appliance and electronic needs we will always use Brian! Dennis our installer was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better service! Thanks again PC Richards for having the best employees on your team!

I did my research, got my referrals, and started the process. As cliche as it sounds, the level of professionalism here is really second to none. From the second I walked in, Jack (the salesman) greeted me and immediately made sure that by the time I leave I would be more than satisfied, even if I didn't make my purchase from him. This made me feel very comfortable. After discussing with Jack what I was looking for and my budget, he laid out my options and really worked with me. I spent a decent amount of time conversing with him, but I decided I had to go home and think about it. He had absolutely no problem with it, as far as he knew I could have never showed up again, but he made sure my experience was worthwhile. Long story short, I went back a few days later and made my purchase from Jack, not only because I got a good deal but because I was treated fairly, and he did provide me with the highest level of customer service possible. I would truly recommend the P.C. Richard to anyone who cares about professionalism and fairness! Give it a shot.

I love to go to this place now. I am suppose to buy Dr. BEATS earphone or Apple and Nick S. Gave us a tour of all sound and headphone products and he recommended Bose Neck Wear Sound System. This guy knows all the pros and cons of every Headphone devices and I ended up following his recommendation...I recommend that you guys go to him and ask for professional and technical advise so you get the best product in the market ...
