Helpful staff, issues resolved fast. 

Would be higher rating if their inventory wasn't limited and consisted of products solely in a certain price range and up. All across departments this B.B. has severely limited stock. They're mostly pushing phones, smartwatches, and computers. Hardly a superstore if 35% of the floor is spent on these things. 

(Note: This practice makes sense due to the "tax bracket" of the area so to speak.)

I misplaced my D.C. adapter cables for my camcorder during my relocation from Vegas to NOLA and needed a replacement.

The rep was assisting another customer,  but as soon as that transaction was complete, she immediately offered to assist me and although the computer said that the item was at another location and I could return to the store and pick it up the following Tuesday,  she didn't accept that.

Within a minute or two, she located the adapter inside the store which saved me a lot of time and allowed me to start my project early.

The young lady who finally helped me out was knowledgeable and very help. Two other employee weren't all that helpful as they seem to trade me off to the next person with carefree feel.

Best Buy is true to its name the best buy you can make. When ever I am in the market for a new electronic, appliance, or gadget I trust Best Buy and the expertise of their sales agents to help steer me to exactly what I want! They also have an excellent protection plan! #GeekSquadForLife

Well. It's a Best Buy. This one is just about all the other store's. If you want a place to find a plethora of consumer electronics, appliances, cellular devices, DVDS,  TVS, well you know that it is here for you. Prices are reasonable. They usually have open-boxed item's for sale at a pretty decent discount. And of course if you need a item repaired,  the Geek Squad is waiting for you.
