This is the good Best Buy on Veterans Blvd. While they do have a better selection, what sets them apart is the staff.

(Disclaimer: this was like 3 years ago) I was looking for a computer monitor, and the employee at the other Veterans Blvd. Best Buy begrudgingly pulls up nearby stores that have it. He points at one store (the West Bank location) and says they have it. The screen actually says "0 in stock", before turning back to what he was doing.

The one below it, this location, did have it in stock. And the staff at this location was super helpful and even laughed when I told them this, agreeing they are the better Best Buy.

 So I've never been back to the other one, even if it's closer to my house because this one is way better!

I expect a lot from a Best Buy. They gave me my first job. I actually expect a lot from general customer jobs.  I came in early in the morning to get a battery bank. LP greeted me, but then nobody asked me for help while I was walking around. I kinda needed a couple of things, but the layout was different then my local Best Buy so I was kinda lost. Just ended up getting the power bank. When I checkout the cashier keeps playing with her Apple Watch while checking me out. I know we all have important things going on in our life, but I just felt like it was very rude. I probably won’t be back in this area, but if I was I probably wouldn’t shop at this location. Store was clean however!

They charged us for Geek Squad and all we did was purchase a pair of cheap ear buds. Then when I called Geek Squad to inform them of this they said they were only going to give us 2months of our money back when they were charging out of our acct. For 4 months. We have yet to see a DIME!! I will buy my electronics somewhere else. Sorry!

I bought a laptop at Best Buy, and it was surprisingly easy and fast. No long wait time although it was 2 days til Christmas. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly, and the computer was a reasonable price. Got it programmed by the on sight Geek Squad, and they were just as nice. I don't know about other areas of the store, but can recommend the computer/electronics department.

Can always find what I need at this best buy. Well organized and typically very helpful. Every now and then there is a person or two that should take some more customer service training but that experience is rare.
