The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

No call no show on delivery yesterday. I called this morning and was told they don't know why other than the driver just didn't make it. They rescheduled me for tomorrow. Which is 2 days late. I will not order from hhgregg again. They need to get it together.

HHGregg service is deplorable.  purchased a Maytag washer and dryer in June 2016.  Delivered with a dent on the side, but they agreed to deduct $100 so we kept it.  In August, the dryer stopped drying the clothes.  There was condensation and wet lent in the drum .  Called HHGregg they explained after 30 days they don't address anything.  Called extended warranty provider, the rep came to service and said the hose was not properly installed and that because it was not a defect in the dryer, it was not covered under warranty.  Called HHGregg again, was told Jason is the manager over delivery/installation guys and he'd investigate and call me tomorrow.  Jason never called.  I recalled the same day Jason was to call and Steve, the assistant manger, said Jason had left early and was unreachable.  Steve agreed to escalate to the manager and call me tomorrow.  No call from Steve either.  Now, I've been a a broke dryer, less than 45 days old.
