Best Buy is a nice place to go for almost anything electronic. What I did not know until recently is bad they also do price matching. I had found a stove in another store and online for a little bit cheaper and I just showed them what I found and was able to not only get my military discount in that store but also get it for the price that I saw online which made the price even cheaper. I love how they found a way to keep me as a customer. I have bought lots of things from Best Buy in the past and will continue to shop at the store.

Don't get me wrong, I love best buy and all that the store has to offer. I always shop at the Temple, TX location, but had to come to this location to pick up an online order that the Temple store was sold out of. The person working the pick up counter seemed very lost and confused. It took about seven minutes to pick up the item, and I was the only customer there. It normally is a quick, less than a minute process over in Temple.

The Salesman and the manager were over the top helpful!!!!! They spent a lot of time helping me when they could have told me they couldn’t.   

I left my gift card at home (we were from out of town) and they went above and beyond to help me use my gift card with a picture my daughter sent me.  
So so so very helpful!!! Above and beyond superior customer service. 
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Walked in to Best Buy and as usual your greeted by an employee at the door willing to direct you where you need to go.

I was looking for some wireless headphones and I was a little unsure what brand to pick.

My first instinct was the jaybird but I saw some other options that were really good.

Multiple employees asked if I needed help but I refused because I was not sure if I needed a $100 plus head set but I decided to get some advice and employee that helped me was very knowledgeable on the subject. 

I ended up getting the jaybird after he took his time to explain the pro and cons of all the other headphones I was looking at.

I have to say working out with out worrying about a wire snagging on equipment etc... is pure bliss.

This place is okay, it is best buy. This particular one though is not as good as most. The store attendants do not greet you as friendly as other best buy store that I have been to and they do not ask you if you need anything. The prices are a bit high, but it is best buy so take that for what it is worth. Probably will go back here, but not soon.
