If you can help it avoid this location at ALL cost. They will harass you. Scott calls me days before the bill is even due, the amount keeps changing every time I pay it, and then when I didn't pay it by the day it was due they called my mother in law and threatened her and made her pay it. They are crooked as they get. Go to a different location or don't go through them at all. I'm sorry I ever went to this store. I've had great experiences at other RAC locations though. It's just this location. This store should be shut down. I will be filing a complaint against Scott and this store and I will be switching locations or returning the items I got from them and so will the people I know because I don't know anybody that hasn't had problems with this store.
