Had a couple of issues with my visit, but that shouldn't be a surprise considering the major issues this store has provided in the past. This visit in particular was supposed to be simple, one refurbished item that the website and a call told me that the store had in stock and one new item that the website showed the store having in stock. When I get to the store I was informed that the store never even carried the first item as a refurb. Wow! The other item, also not there even though their system shows both items are in the store. Best Buy really needs to take a look at this store's Dept. Management and inventory management. A system should never show on-hands, when in fact they are not in the store.

This is the only place I will go for a phone upgrade or electronics in my area. In the past I have purchased TV's a washer and dryer, tablets, computers, and cell phones from them, along with accessories. Never have a single issue with any of them. Quality products at a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the deals are hard to beat. Two thumbs up!

It was hard to find what I was looking for, but a trip to the customer service desk got 3 sales reps to help me. All set. Great sale price on Bose and Sony headphones.

Customer service was not up to par. I ended up leaving without getting assistance because I was bypassed and 2 others who had come up after me were assisted first. She finally acknowledged me but by that time I was done waiting.

The sales department was really helpful. We purchased a lap top on a Friday morning. Our problem is we paid $40 for the geek squad to put virus protection and do all the updates for us. They told us it would be ready Friday afternoon. I called them Friday evening (on hold for 20 minutes before finally getting to talk to someone) and was told they didn’t have Internet so nothing had been done. I was assured it would be ready Saturday. So Saturday at 7:00 in the evening I call them, again taking forever to finally talk to someone, and they said they still don’t have Internet. But that I could forsure pick it up on Sunday by noon. So I went in at 1:00 Sunday and it wasn’t ready. I just took it. The last time we had computer work done through them they didn’t have Internet either. ???
