Sending praises from afar!!! 
I recently purchased my first home in Athens Ga, and my wife insisted on building our bedroom around a comfortable sleep! So Mattress Firm to the rescue! We went in tried out a variety of mattresses in our area, (a feat within itself), and found “The” Mattress of Mattresses! We found the Nadia, a Simmons beauty rest black ice hybrid! Winning!!! I recommend working with Rae, she was knowledgeable and professional and made the experience fun! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find such a great deal at home I’m Athens. Rae eased my mind and contacted a storein Ga for us. All I had to do was go and pay for my bed! They delivered, and set up the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. I greatly appreciate the effort that Mattress Firm put forth for my family. I will definitely purchase from them again!!! Thanks from Athens Ga!

we came in to this location feeling sorry for the person who is going to work with us that day because I am extremely picky and don’t settle on just anything. But to my surprise we met a young lady by the name of Rachelle. Not only was she patient knowledgeable and had an amazing attitude  but she also sent us up with the best mattress for us we are happy now sleeping well and couldn’t do it without her I would be definitely recommending her and this store for further customers.. And  by the way we had been back for our Second and third mattress for the rest of our family and they are loving it. Thank you sooooo much Rachelle without you our family would  not have gotten the rest we needed..

I honestly didn't know what I was looking for when I came into the store. But when I walked in I was greated by Raechelle she was very polite and very helpful. And helped me figure out exactly what it was I was looking for in a mattress. She also introduced me into the leasing option and explained how everything worked. Which I thought was really great I will  definitely be referring people to this location. Thank you

I researched high and low for the right mattress and had been into Mattress Firm testing out a few mattress. I settled on the Beautyrest Black Gladney Hybrid PLUS Mattress. It was the mattress on the salesroom floor. I believed I was purchasing the Beautyrest Black Gladney Hybrid PLUS Mattress. What I got was the not the PLUS model. It's OK, but I'm very disappointed that I got taken by a salesperson. I even called the store 24 hours prior to delivery to make sure I was getting the PLUS model and was told yes absolutely. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. It is not the same mattress. I needed the added set of coils. Since I bought it on clearance I can't return it. I hope the salesman enjoys his trip to Hawaii while I'm stuck in a different mattress than I thought I was buying.
