Sometimes they are more expensive than what you can find online but, you won't replace their customer service. I have been there several times in the last couple months and every time the person who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. A lot of people joke about just ordering it on Amazon but, the customer service is worth paying more because you have a better idea of the product that you're actually getting.

Great store for electronics. I need printer and found what I wanted, a 3 in 1 printer for $10 cheaper than all other stores, (even online) at Best Buy online. It is a Canon PIXMA Magna 2520 All in One Printer w/2 yrs Geek Squad Insurance. I got it home and was having issues connecting it to Windows 10 and finding Canon drivers. (It kept defaulting to HP.) I called store and they were happy for me to bring it in w/out appt to see Geek Squad tech at no cost to help me. I ended up having Canon remotely help me, however I was impressed that my local Best Buy store was willing to go above & beyond to help me when I had bought it online & warranty was for repairs, not set-up, so truly they weren't obligated to do anything but were willing! Great store & service!! I'd buy & recommend 1000× again! :)
