no wonder they are closing purchased a dishwasher and it was missing the power cord. went back to the store and they wouldn't even look for it. this is after they lied about the 100 dollar rebate

Went with my mom on Thursday to pick out a standard oven since her old one broke. We were automatically greeted with a friendly smile and asked what we were looking for. The sales associate walked us over to the stoves and started going over the different brands and their features. He was trying to up sale the most expensive stove and when my mom said she wasn't looking to spend that much on a standard stove the said associate walked away. She then decided on a 300 dollar cheaper stove than the one the associate was talking her up about. As soon as he came back over and saw that it was a much cheaper stove his entire demeanor changed and he was very RUDE!! The best part of the entire expire nice at this store was the delivery drivers! Very nice guys..helped out with moving the old stove and hooking up the new one. Apparently you have to go in and spend a ridiculous amount of money to get good service!!!!!!

I buy a new washer and dryer and had to call the store several times because  the washer was  DOA! They told me i need to call the companies warranty before they will do anything for me. This isn't how you do business especially in a competitive market space. I was responsible for about everything throughout the selling process. i walked in with out anyone greeting me at the door. several sales man juggled me around till i bought something. the worst part about this is several managers had to get involved just to tell me to call the warranty of this brand new washer!  On Hhgregg's website they say  "Today, hhgregg is an appliance, electronics and furniture retailer that is committed to providing customers with a truly differentiated purchase experience through superior customer service, knowledgeable sales associates, and the highest quality product selections. "  which this couldn't be the farthest from the truth. they have lost all of my business and close friends and family.

Not what it used to be but still has some decent deals. Associates were knowledgeable and friendly
