You need to rethink the CHOICES one must listen to when calling to ask a simple question.  I have had to hang up on both your location and your Niles location for lack of time to listen to that junk I am not interest in.  
SUGGESTION:  Your first choice should be:  Do you want to speak to a rep?
I am going to Office Depot where you get someone right away without all the wasted time

I've shopped at this store a few times since i've moved into the area, and the employees are alway friendly, even at times when they are busy they try to assist you to the best of their abilities, they have always been able to answer most of my questions and even let me know of great sales or clearance items available in store.
