I'm shocked at all the bad reviews I purchased a lot of things over the year. as well as my family. any store can be sold out of products it happened to me on my first purchase yet they went to order it for me it no longer was available but they ordered me the next larger tablet size for same price that was 7 years ago still working great. every time I walk in the store I'm greeted right away .I'm not hounded I'm left room to look but when I decide on something I ask for help and get it . I dealt with warranty company in an item and the helped me in a timely matter. not ever store has what they advertise I never once for a min welcome asking can they help me I say what I'm looking for but please give me space I don't want someone looking over my shoulder some people may feel like they don't care but if I go in any place and the staff hound me if I but I refuse to purchase from that salesperson it's not on common that the brick and border stores carry everything because most of business is over internet fact of life I read these comments and I find them petty and I've been dealing for 7 years always great experience

Total disaster of a store and online site. Spent WEEKS trying to use a gift card to buy a blender (and we are no strangers to online shopping!). Believe it or not, it was near impossible to do so on either the online store (gift card wouldn't successfully apply to the balance) or in the store (the product we wanted was apparently "online only" so the associates couldn't assist us at all). We called the helpline twice, both times receiving different answers (1. "clear your browser cache"- didn't work 2. "it's a known online glitch- go into the store and they will order the blender for you"- which they then couldn't do). The first associate we spoke to in the store was dismissive and rude and we ended up being issued a new gift card number (by a much more helpful associate) which we used online even though it still was not showing the discount. Days later, we received another gift card in the mail thanking us for being great customers. We assumed this was a peace offering/apology of sorts. Much to our surprise, it was simply the physical card for the new gift card number they gave us....which we already used....while we were in the store....with the associate's help. So after all of that, they sent us a gift card with a balance of zero. UNREAL. Never again hhgregg, never again.

I will never set foot in here again. I needed a laptop or a tablet for work, I walked in wasn't greeted or acnoleged I walked over to the computer area expecting some help at some point, nope. I looked at the little kiosk saw several employees chatting and watching football. I looked at several laptops even to the point of picking some of them up and separating the tablets from their keyboards the game was still more important than I was. I decided I should shop elsewhere. If you know exactly what you want and don't mind being ignored then it's a great place, unless your interrupting football the I recommend shop elsewhere.

This is for the online purchase. I bought two tv's the 60" was delivered fine via truck. The 32" took forever with shipping and no updates provided. When I finally received the tv it was just left outside in the original box, so all of my neighbors can see what I purchased! Unbelievable!

Purchased a new 4K TV - was a difficult choice and have been pleased. Staff was patient and helpful and knew their stuff. Only complaint was missing a rebate program by a week, but that's really my fault, not theirs. Delivery crew was terrific. 

Also got a new fridge here last year and it was the best value in the Valley - and we looked everywhere: Lowe's, Sears, Home Depot, Best Buy, you name it.
