Really Great!  We got there just after it closed, but because it was my son's birthday, the manager let us in anyway...and locked up.  Michael, (Hagerstown store), then helped us decide on a lab top computer for my son's birthday!😃

Was sold the wrong wireless number pad. Bought a lenova Yoga, was sold one for a Mac. Returned it for one that would work, no one was available to help me find one and when I told customer service they didn't care and just gave me a refund. You would think they would find someone to help they are customer service. As I was leaving told person at the door poor service today and pretty much got a shrug of the shoulder.
