This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Horrible management. Horrible sales attempt. Just horrible. It was like they didn't even want you to buy anything from them. I will never buy anything from this place EVER again. I'll drive to Frederick to go to their other store before I walk through those doors again.

Purchased merchandise last Friday was told they would have it on Monday. So we called Monday and was told it was not put on the truck to come to the store it would be here Friday (May 27) ,upset but ok we get things happen but the attitude from the associate was uncalled for! So we called yesterday they said it was to be there and they would call us when it got there and was check to make sure it was there. Received No call, I called this morning and spoke with Jessey such a wonderful understanding person! Super sweet with a great attitude.!When we went to pick up our merchandise and we saw the MANGER Eric goofing off talking to another worker,ok whatever so a different associate helped us very nice but didn't get his name, he was trying to figure out how to put our order through he was asking the manger Eric questions and Eric would give short quick answers like he didn't want to help.At one point Eric did say sorry u had to wait on your stuff with a huge smile on his face and my husband said what for all week and Eric said all week I guess and laughed it off at us.There was other stuff that showed us how big of an a$$ The MANGER ERIC is! He does not care about the costumers or some of the workers at all! We will not be going back just because you never know who you will actually get to deal with very few are nice and the others could careless.
