I have to give 5 stars. I bought a new game that was supposed to have a code inside for extra content. When I got the game home, there was no code. I called the store and told them the situation and they happily gave me another new copy of the game since mine was missing important information.

Staff is very knowledgeable about the game's equipment and everything else in the store and always I can find a bargain

The guy working who was tall with long brown hair was extremely rude to me and other customers, he gave me attitude and stared at a couple next to me like he wanted to kill them. I have never seen or had a expirience with a employee that disrespects customers like he did.
