A nice visit today. I really wish there was competition (other than online) to make the prices more competitive, but it can be a good one stop shop for electronics. I spoke to someone who did actually have some knowledge - not just a body that fronts shelves. Nice to see, hope that trend keeps up.

What an awesome experience. Bought a new laptop today. The sales people were professional and understood what you were looking for. My computer is so amazing. Will be back.

We enjoy coming to this store, but I am giving them a 1 star review based on the product they sold us and the information they did not disclose before purchase. Recently our Sharp tv picture went out and I called the Geek Squad at this location who referred me to call the 1-800 Geek Squad number. Long story short after the unhelpful call I was basically told it would cost a little over $100 to come look at our tv, but before seeing it they said it is probably not worth fixing and if it was the parts would be close to $500-$600 if they were even available. Mind you the tv is less than 3 years old and we bought it from this location. We got a local repair guy to come out who was awesome only charged $50 and said he could fix it for $235 but was not sure if we would want to because the tv was not in fact a Sharp, but a generic BestBuy tv with the Sharp logo that they bought the licensing for. Very disappointed to say the least and luckily our repair guy gave us some great advice for future shopping. I like Best Buy, but I don't appreciate being lied to when spending over $600 for a tv that is really worth $200/$300 at best and then not being honest about where the product came from. Future shoppers just know to ask the right questions and really look over the product before purchasing!

Free delivery is the pits. Washer Dryer hook up nightmare. Was to have combo in four days. One week later, driver had improper dryer connection. Two weeks later, washer delivered damaged. You could see the inside drum from the side panel, wow. Driver stated he believed the drum would not turn it was so bad. Bottom line...delivery service should confirm product is not visibly damaged at the very least. BB got my money, still waiting for the $1700 combo three weeks later.

I love this best buy. It's a little different lay out then some of the others, but it's pleasing. I went in to grab the new Apple TV and the staff was very helpful. One representative from that section was tied up helping a family as he noticed I was waiting. Instead of me just waiting forever, something done at other places, he was kind enough to ask the current family for one second and he called another associate for me. So thank you for great customer service.
