Such a horribly disappointing experience. I stood at the jewelry counter for 20 min without receiving help. There was a lovely opal ring I wanted to PURCHASE, not look at , purchase. After standing for 5 min, I was told she(Staff member working the department) would be with me in just a moment. I waited another 15 min without receiving help or any type of acknowledgement. I never in my life entered a department store where there was no staff to sell a customer a product. Note to management, if you don't get it together, you will go out of business. You lost a 200 dollar easy sale, all you had to do was pull it out of the case for me.

It is always good to have a Sears store near by. This location has a tool section, a garden section, optical section and many additional services in addition to all department store sections!

Absolutely disappointed!!! My return exceeded their 30 day policy by 1 day only. I was attempting to exchange a comforter that was the incorrect size and I was told that could not be done ..with no exceptions. I was advised to go to the westshore location since the original transaction being at their store may make the exception. No since of consideration was given by the associate or the manager who didn't care to visit us in person initially. After being convinced to see us... She insisted that this could not be helped since its vary rarely can that be done....for a comforter... A day...over. ..the policy. REALLY... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.  YOUR MONEY AND SATISFACTION ISN'T WORTH THEIR TIME. Just imagine if I bought something even more expensive then an 89 dollar bed spread.
