Wow. I haven't really been in a Best Buy in years. I stopped in at the end of a day shopping for Dishwashers. At all the other stores I went to the salespeople were generally uninformed and couldn't speak about any of the distinguishing features on any models. I expected the same at Best Buy. I was genuinely surprised when the salesman Gabe T came up and asked if he could help. He actually knew what all the models were and was able to articulate the differences between the different levels even comparing them to previous years. And this was all done with no pressure to buy. On the way out of the store I stopped to browse drones. The salesman Jestice came over and equally impressed me with his knowledge about the differences between different models. It is great to see a brick & mortar making it an environment where they seem to encourage employees to know their products well.

Being the only thing you can rate these big stores on, there staffs willingness to help. I found what i was looking for right away as there product organization was good. And was asked by multiple sales associates if i needed help, all the staff was actively trying to help out.

I always feel like I'm fresh meat in a lion's den when at Best Buy but the reality is that there aren't any places to go to see/touch/test electronics before buying it. This is a nice clean Best Buy.

It's a best buy. Par for the course. They have the usual stuff, they DO seem to keep a decent inventory at this store.

We walked in for the hue lights strip and switch, a sales lady showed us right where it was and was knowledgeable about the product. Very satisfied!
