For the size of this store, the customer service absolutely sucks. I've been trying to speak with a person at this store over the phone for the last hour, with no response. It's not hard to answer the phone and ask the person on the other end to hold on while you assist a customer in the store. I haven't even had that courtesy. Best Buy should really work on their customer relations with their employees.

I am a little late posting this, but feel I really need to! I got a new Google phone and needed to set it up before leaving MI at 5:00 a.m. to AZ. Around 8:45 p.m. on November 17, 2015, I quickly cut through the Bass Pro store to get to the Verizon store, only to find out Verizon was no longer at GLC! I was so disappointed and concerned about not having a phone while traveling so far alone. I went to leave (now 8:52 p.m.) I spotted a Best Buy store (small mobile store, which I had no idea they even existed).  Well I took a chance with Best Buy Mobile and inquire about my new Google Phone, which is on a Verizon plan (nothing to do with Best Buy!) and asked for any suggestions to get it up and running before my trip. Long story short, the manager (wish I had his name) took care of me - - even past store closing time. He got a sim card for me, transferred my data from my old phone and spent time showing me how to use my new phone. The other employee there helped out too. I kept apologizing due to store closing time. They treated me like a customer making a huge Best Buy purchase at 4:00 in the afternoon! I will never forget their genuine kindness and professionalism. Now you know why I gave this store 5 stars! You just don't find customer service like that anymore. Thank you to both of you if by chance you see this review; and Best Buy - you are fortunate to have such dedicated employees!

This store has a manger that knows how to be a manager! Awesome customer service, I have been to many best buys, and when I went there to return my product, I was worried because I have delt with other best buys. Long story short any other manager would have told me it couldn't be done, but this manger truly gave real customer service. Even more, he held a product for me until I got there! If I remember correctly his name was Vince..... THX Vince you rock!
If best buy hired more people like him, they wouldn't't have such low ratings on customer service.
