Great service! As soon as we started looking at portable mini speakers a sales assistant came along side and asked us if there was anything in particular that we were looking for. He patiently explained the difference between the two prices. The lower price means it has been sold before but returned to the shop for whatever reason. He said generally it could be for the simple reason that someone received something as a gift & the choice of colour was not what they liked.

Went into the sound room and it had the movie Dunkirk playing. The very rude manager came in and told us to stop playing the movie as some scenes were not appropriate for the store. If some scenes in Dunkirk were not appropriate, WHY DID YOU HAVE THE MOVIE PLAYING IN THE FIRST PLACE?
