I am not a fan of Best Buy, in stores across the country it seems like they never have what I came in for or the customer service staff is not helpful. But it was different at the Carbondale store, not only were they helpful but had the parts I needed....I was shocked..... I was very pleased with my shopping experience at this store.

Is a great place to see the appliances you are looking for. Staff is also really helpful

Do not buy any products from this store or use Geek Squad or any car service department they have.  I have bought two MacBook's from this store and both were faulty. The most recent one, having overheating problems, along with continuiously freezing and shutting down by itself just two weeks after buying it. After being taken to "Geek Squad" they shipped it off for two weeks because "they could not fix it their facility"; when I got my MacBook back I asked what the issue was and what they had done to resolve it. Their response was "we reinstalled the operating system" which had already been done previously by Apple Support. I took my computer home and sure enough the MacBook was not fixed and continued to do the same thing but worse. 

I called The Geek Squad hotline and Best Buy Corporate and was told about their "No Lemon Policy" however you must have your computer worked on by Geek Squad three times before they will replace the lemon of a product they to sold you. Some would just let Geek Squad work on it three times in order to get a replacement. However there was no way I was going to let them touch my MacBook again after this and the other factor being that I am a college student. I do not have time to have my computer shipped off two more times as I need my computer and no solution was given and was told it was not their problem. 

Needless to say, I just called the real professionals Apple and had them fix the problem that Geek Squad and Best Buy should have fixed in the first place.
