Absolutely love this store.  The design on the outside looks so unique in Carbondale, giving the whole building an exclusive feel.  When inside, the associates are readily available to help, and can answer just about any questions you might have.  They have some really cool tech that you can go in to the store to try out before purchasing, or if you are just wanting to do some research on different products.  Always a great experience.

Keith the manager was by far the rudest customer service rep I have ever met he was too worried about what he would eat for lunch instead of helping me I left without any progress. I will never again walk in Carbondale location for AT&T. My advice drive t Marion.

I stopped in to get some help with my mother-in-law's tablet. The girl who helped me was very friendly and got the tablet up and running. Nice store and an overall nice experience.
