Purchased a new Gas Stove with delivery and installation.  The price was very competitive which is the reason for two stars instead of one.  Other than that it was a terrible experience.  Told I would get the stove on Monday.  They changed to Tuesday.  Took the day off of work.  They delivered the completely wrong stove.  Called customer service couldn't do anything until the truck checked in at 8PM the same day.  Finally rescheduled for a Friday deliver.  Took another day off.  This time they brought the right stove.  They didn't bring the hookup kit.  Left the stove in the garage and said would have to reschedule.  Customer Service said the earliest installation would be Monday the next week.  Everyone from Customer Service, the warehouse, and Appliance manager were useless.  Cancelled my order and told them to come pick up the stove.  They did that in record time.  Bought a more expensive stove for the same price from a competitor across the street.  They delivered and installed the next day.  Still haven't gotten my refund and it's been over 30 days.  Never Again!

Just purchased some new appliances here and I have to say the knowledge here was way above the other places we looked. Great selection. Delivery was Ok about the same as others.

Well they won't answer their phone to see if something is in stock- once you go in expect to wait if you actually want to buy something. It's a shame that this place has continued to go down hill. The prices are fine; they just try and try to sell all of their insurance/ warranties (imo useless). Better off with Amazon than these so called "tech" experts... 

That said, it is nice to see what you are buying. I would still visit just to see what's new in laptops & tvs.

Well I stop by here because they have a nice selection of not only electronics of all kinds. The cameras, drones, computer and accessories are nice here too. They have it where you can at least look at it and decide before you plunk down your hard earned bucks for that gadget you just cannot live without. That is very place us very helpful for that. The price is pretty decent and the biggest upside is if it totally sux you can get them greenbacks back. I love gagdety stuff and this place does not disappoint. When I have the time I stop by here after work. Which is a great time cause the place is empty.

I went in to look for a installation kit for my car, found what I needed, and then walked over to the camera department, just to browse, as I have an old DSLR I wanted to upgrade. The man helping me had an extensive knowledge of the cameras on display and products that weren't-and I mean an EXTENSIVE knowledge. 

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, as well as the enjoyable experience. I wish I could remember the man's name, I would personally recommend him to anyone looking for a new camera, or even just someone who has a few inquiries. 

As a spec-oriented consumer such as myself, I greatly appreciate people (not just employees) that know about the specifications, the qualities, and even the histories of today's and yesterday's technology. I will definitely be coming back again.
